Sustainability at NeuroGaint Systems
Technology that serves people, and the planet.
At NeuroGaint Systems, we believe responsible enterprise technology goes beyond performance and delivery. We are committed to operating as a transparent, inclusive, and environmentally conscious organisation across every market we serve.

“Sustainability is not a compliance
exercise. It is the standard by which
we measure the quality of our work,
our partnerships, and our impact on
the world.”
NeuroGaint Systems – Leadership Commitment
Our Commitment
A Responsible Foundation for Enterprise Excellence
NeuroGaint Systems has operated across India, Singapore, Malaysia, the UAE, and the USA for over two decades. In each of these markets, we recognise that our role as an IBM Silver Partner and technology integrator carries a responsibility that extends beyond technical delivery.
Our sustainability framework is built on three interlocking principles: reducing the environmental impact of our operations and the solutions we deploy, upholding strong governance and ethical business practices, and creating lasting value for the communities and workforces we engage.
This commitment applies equally to how we operate internally and to how we advise and serve our enterprise clients – including organisations in BFSI, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Pharma.
Framework
Three Pillars of Our Sustainability Programme
Our approach to sustainability is structured around Environmental stewardship, Social responsibility, and Governance integrity – aligned with globally recognised ESG standards.
Environmental Stewardship
We work to minimise the environmental footprint of our technology operations, data infrastructure, and delivery processes - while helping clients transition to more efficient and sustainable IT environments.
Social Responsibility
We invest in our people, uphold fair labour practices, promote diversity and inclusion across our global teams, and actively support the communities and ecosystems in which we operate.
Governance & Ethics
We maintain rigorous standards of corporate transparency, data privacy, anti-corruption, and regulatory compliance - ensuring that every engagement is conducted with integrity and accountability.
Environmental
How We Reduce Our Environmental Impact
From cloud-first delivery models to responsible hardware management, NeuroGaint Systems integrates environmental consciousness into the way we design, deploy, and maintain enterprise technology.

Cloud-First and Virtualisation-Led Delivery
We prioritise cloud-native and virtualised deployment architectures — including IBM Cloud Pak and watsonx — that significantly reduce physical hardware requirements and lower energy consumption for our clients.

Paperless Operations and Digital Workflows
Our internal operations, client communications, project documentation, and delivery processes are conducted through digital platforms, minimising paper usage across all office locations.

Remote-First Project Delivery
Our teams are structured to deliver complex enterprise programmes remotely wherever possible, reducing carbon emissions from business travel without compromising delivery quality or client engagement.

Energy-Efficient Infrastructure Recommendations
When advising on infrastructure architecture — including FileNet, IBM CP4BA, and DataCap upgrades — we consistently recommend energy-efficient configurations that extend system life and reduce power overhead.

Responsible End-of-Life Hardware Practices
We advise clients on responsible decommissioning of legacy IT hardware and encourage certified e-waste disposal and asset recycling in line with local environmental regulations.

Green Office Management
Across our offices in India, Singapore, and Malaysia, we enforce energy conservation practices including smart lighting, reduced idle equipment use, and responsible consumption of office consumables.
Social
People, Inclusion & Community
Our greatest asset is our people. We are committed to fostering a workplace and a business ecosystem that is equitable, inclusive, and invested in long-term human development.
Diversity & Inclusion
We actively cultivate a diverse workforce across gender, geography, and professional background - with teams spanning India, Singapore, Malaysia, the UAE, and the USA.
Continuous Learning & Development
Our professionals are supported through IBM training programmes, certification pathways, and internal knowledge-sharing - ensuring our team evolves alongside the technologies we deploy.
Ethical Labour Practices
We uphold fair employment practices including competitive compensation, safe working conditions, and zero tolerance for forced, bonded, or child labour across our operations and supply chain.
Community Engagement
Through our association with Aatmika (Soul) - a community-focused NGO - NeuroGaint Systems actively contributes to social upliftment and human welfare initiatives, reflecting our belief that responsible technology organisations carry a purpose that extends well beyond business delivery.
Client Data Protection
We treat the security and privacy of our clients' data as a fundamental obligation - implementing robust access controls, encryption standards, and audit protocols across all engagements.
Supply Chain Responsibility
We require our vendors and technology partners - including IBM and Ingram Micro - to uphold standards consistent with our own Code of Conduct on labour practices, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption.
Looking ahead
Our sustainability roadmap
We hold ourselves to measurable commitments. Below are the initiatives we are actively pursuing and the targets we are working toward.
Carbon-aware cloud operations
Optimise workload scheduling across NeuroTradeIQ and NeuroClaimsIQ deployments to align with leading cloud
regions powered by renewable energy — reducing the carbon intensity of platform operations without compromising
performance or availability.
SOC 2 Type II certification
Complete SOC 2 Type II certification for the NeuroTrade platform, providing clients and regulators with independently verified assurance of our security, availability, and data integrity controls.
AI governance framework - formal publication
Building on our existing MAS AIRG 2025 and BNM AI governance compliance across NeuroClaimsIQ and LuCy, we are
formalising a published AI ethics policy covering model training standards, bias assessment protocols, and
explainability commitments across the entire NGS product suite.
Inclusive hiring & diversity
Expand diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all NGS offices — India, Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, and USA –
with measurable targets for gender and geographic representation at all levels.
Aviation sector carbon reduction
Partnered with airline clients to reduce operational carbon emissions through intelligent automation and digital workflow transformation – demonstrating that enterprise sustainability and operational efficiency can be achieved together.
How we work
Guiding principles
Every product decision at NGS is evaluated against three principles that keep our sustainability commitments
actionable – not aspirational.
Design for reduction
We default to architectures and workflows that consume fewer resources - compute, paper, energy, and manual effort - across every product we build. Efficiency is a design requirement, not an optimisation applied after the fact.
Accountability through transparency
We track and publish our progress against commitments - including where we fall short. Our clients and partners deserve the same level of transparency we build into the AI systems we deliver on their behalf.
Technology in service of people
Our platform exists to expand access to trade finance, insurance, and industrial intelligence - not to automate people away. We measure success by the value created for the enterprises, institutions, and communities we serve across 5+ countries
